Quinoa Breakfast ScrambleINGREDIENTS

½ cup cooked Quinta Quinoa
2 eggs, scrambled
½ avocado, cubed
1 tablespoon salsa
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt

DIRECTIONS

Place Quinta Quinoa in a serving bowl and top with eggs and avocado. Top with salsa and sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt.
