Ingredients
2 cups of cooked Quinta Quinoa
6 Crab Meat (leg style)
Lettuce
10-15 Cherry Tomatoes
1-2 bunch of Green Onion
4 tbsp. of Goat Cheese Crumbled
2 tbsp. of Lemon Juice
Instructions
For the quinoa
Rinse quinoa thoroughly with cold water
Add 1 cup of Quinta Quinoa and 1 ¼ cup of water or broth
Bring to a boil for 2 min
Reduce heat and simmer covered for 12 to 14 minutes
For Salad
Chop the crab meat, cherry tomatoes, green onion, and lettuce to the desired size
Mix all the ingredients with the goat cheese
In the plate that you will serve the salad, place the quinoa (cold) on the base or as a ring (like the picture) and add the mixed ingredients on top
Add the lemon juice at the end
