Beets and Quinoa Recipe

There are a million things you can do with #QuintaQuinoa. This recipe is easy to do and really nutritious. Are you ready?

Ingredients

1 unit of cooked beets

1 cup of #QuintaQuinoa

½ unit of green pepper

½ unit of chives

1 pinch of salt

1 garlic clove

1 pinch of ground black pepper

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

✔Step 1: Boil one cup of #QuintaQuinoa with a little bit of salt. Remember it’s important to rinse your quinoa before cooking it. Once cooked, drain it until its ready

✔Step 2: Chop the onions and the chive in small pieces and stir-fry them in olive oil

✔Step 3: Mix it with the #QuintaQuinoa you cooked earlier

✔Step 4: Chop de cooked beets in thin slices (it’s important to keep them as thin as possible)

✔Step 5: Insert a slice of beets and a layer of mix. Repeat until done.

This salad is ideal to have as an appetizer or as a main plate in you feel like eating some healthy dish for dinner
