Quinoa Pancakes

When in doubt, pancakes are always the answer!

Here you have an easy and quick quinoa pancakes recipe for you to try and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of Quinta Quinoa flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 oz of almond milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

For the Quinta Quinoa flour

Use a blender to process 200 gr of #QuintaQuinoa until it becomes a homogeneous powder. Keep in mind that before you make the flour, it’s important to wash your quinoa

✔Step 1: Mix the flour with the egg, the almond milk, the cinnamon, the salt and the sugar. Let it rest for 10 minutes

✔Step 2: Spray olive oil in a pan and warm it up on the stove. Add some of the mix. Keep each side of the pancake cooking for 5 minutes until it turns tan and ready.

The best part of this recipe is not only how delicious and easy to do it is. These pancakes are also gluten-free and can be eaten with maple syrup, chocolate or even some jam. What do you add to your pancakes?
