Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1⁄2 onion, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup #QuintaQuinoa
- 2 cups of vegetable stock or water
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste )
- fresh ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons of minced parsley
Directions:
Pick a saucepan, sauté onion in oil until it’s soft and lightly brown. Add garlic and stir for a few seconds. Add the cup of Quinta Quinoa and stir constantly, toasting it for about a minute. Add the stock, the soy sauce and the salt. Cover the pan, bring to a boil, and then simmer gently for about 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed and the quinoa has exposed its little tails. Put it all in plates and share it with your loved ones!
