But now, think about both of them inside a burger… that’s our recipe for today. Delicious, right?

Ingredients:
- 250g Quinta Quinoa
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ lemon
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 parsley branch
- 1 coriander branch
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 tomato
- 1 egg
- 2 avocados (Mexican Avocados – small)
- Letucce
- Pita bread
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Cut and wash the herbs.
- Peel the avocados and crush them with a fork.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and onion, the lemon juice, a little bit of olive oil, salt and coriander. Mix a little.
- Wash and cook the Quinta Quinoa in water, add a little bit of salt.
- When it’s ready, mix it with the oatmeal and the grated carrot.
- Add the egg along with the bread crumbs, parsley and garlic.
- Add some salt and pepper and use this mixture to create 4 hamburgers.
- Grill them with a little olive oil – 2 minutes each side.
- Fill your pita bread with guacamole and all other ingredients you’d like, take a pic and tag us.
