Brownies are always a good idea and they can be made with Quinta Quinoa!

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup Quinta Quinoa
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon Defatted raw cocoa
- 2 tablespoons of Splenda
- Peeled nuts
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions:
- Preheat the oven at 180.
- Wash your Quinta Quinoa until the water comes out clean.
- Cook it for 15 minutes and let it cool.
- Add the banana, cocoa powder, Splenda, the cooked quinoa, and the baking powder into the food processor and crush it well.
- Grease a silicone mould and add the mixture. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
- When cool, put the peeled nuts on top for a crunchy sensation.
