Did you know you could avoid gluten by making bread with Quinta Quinoa? Here’s how!

Ingredients:
- 300gr Quinta Quinoa
- 60 grams chia seeds
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 60ml olive oil
- Salt
Directions:
- In a blender, add the #QuintaQuinoa until it becomes powder. Remember, you should wash quinoa before cooking with it; in this case, let it dry before blending it.
- Preheat the oven at 180 °C and grease your mould. Let it heat in the oven.
- In a blender, add your Quinoa powder, water, chia seeds, baking soda and salt.
- Blend it and add the mixture to your mould and place it again in the oven.
- Wait 40 minutes and add more temperature and wait another 40 minutes.
- Turn down your oven and let your bread cool for 10 minutes before taking it out of the mould.
It’s best if you don’t cut it until the next day.
