Ingredients:
1 Lt of water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
100g of #QuintaQuinoa⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Granny Smith apples (washed and cut)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
50g of sugar / sweetner (or up to taste)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cinnamon and clove⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preperation:⠀⠀⠀⠀
Put all the ingredients in a cooking pot, heating it until boiling. Then, simmer them until the apple is soft and the quinoa is cooked, it must take around 15min⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Put it aside and let it cool, take away the cinnamon stick and the clove. Smash the mix and pass it through a strainer, or blend it if you prefer, and that is it, ready to drink! Remember to save it in the fridge.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
