So, what if we tell you, you can add orange to your favourite salad? Sounds a bit crazy, right?
But we promise you the fresh and juicy flavour is going to blow your mind!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa
- 1 plate of your favorite, mixed greens (nothing wrong if you cheat and buy them already chopped)
- 1 peeled, sliced orange
- 1/4 cup of your favorite nuts and dried fruits (peanuts sounds great, right?)
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil Pinch of salt
- 1/2 of sliced avocado
- 1 tablespoon of mustard dressing (add 1/4 of honey to take it to the next level!) .
Preparation:
1. Toast the nuts using a dry pan, at medium heat, for a few minutes
2. While it’s ready, layer the already cut orange on the lettuce and the other greens
3. Take the nuts out of the heat and put them on a plate
4. Using the same pan, add the olive oil, and when it’s warm, add the quinoa, cumin, cardamom and salt. Toss it for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the toasted nuts
