Quinta Quinoa Garlic and Mushroom Recipe

Today we bring you a delicious side dish, perfect for a family gathering!

Servings: 1 bowl (Sharable)

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa
  • 1 pound of, thinly sliced, mushrooms
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Heat the olive oil on a pan, over medium-high heat. Add garlic and thyme, wait around 30 seconds (until garlic is light-Brown coloured), and add the sliced mushroom. Stir it from time to time, add salt and pepper and turn the heat low. Add the already cooked Quinta® Quinoa and mix everything with a wooden spoon

2. Serve in a bowl, top with the parmesan and… That’s it!
