We know sometimes we don’t feel like cooking! And that’s OK, as long as you save this recipe with this amazing and life-saving summer salad.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa
- 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of cilantro
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1 + 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder for some spicy touch
- 1 lime Salt and pepper to your taste
Preparation:
1. Chop in small cubes all the veggies using a cutting table.
2. In a big bowl, add the chilled quinoa and the chopped veggies. Mix everything with a wooden spoon, season it as you like, and serve in other small bowls. Even though you’re feeling lazy, it doesn’t mean you have to forget about eating healthy!
