Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup of #QuintaQuinoa (uncooked and rinsed) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 can of coconut milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon of coconut oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 or 2 tablespoons of maple syrup ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 or 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 up to 3/4 of blueberries
Preparation: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over medium heat on the stove. When it’s liquid, add the rinsed quinoa and cook it until it’s Golden-Brown coloured (remember to stir frequently).
2. When the Quinta® Quinoa is ready, add the coconut milk and bring it to boil. Cover and let it simmer for 12-14min. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Pour the mix in a bowl, top it with maple, shredded coconut, and blueberries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
