Let’s talk about the struggle of wanting to stay in shape and being a #chocolatelover! It should NOT be that hard, right?! #QuintaQuinoa is so versatile that it can even turn a classic #brownie recipe into a super healthy one! ⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Time: 45min ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Servings: 12 portions ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Difficulty: easy ⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of cooked #Quinta®Quinoa ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup of cocoa powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup of coconut sugar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup of maple syrup ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup of almond milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 eggs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon baking powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon vanilla ⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preparation: ⠀
1. Preheat your oven to 350F. Prepare an 8×8 pan and place a parchment paper in it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Using a blender or a food processor, blend your cooked Quinta® Quinoa until it gets creamy and forms a paste. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Then add all the ingredients (yes, all of them), and then blend until everything is incorporated. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Pour the mixture into the pan, and take it to the oven. Bake for 30-35min. You’ll know it’s ready if you introduce a toothpick or a knife into the brownie, and it comes out clean. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. When it’s done, turn off the oven and let it sit for another 5 min. Take it out, let it cool and cut it into squares.
