We always love a creamy, delicious and warm porridge. Perfect for a cozy rainy Sunday morning, or maybe a different, healthy, dairy-free and vegan snack.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of #QuintaQuinoa
1/3 cup of porridge oats
4 cardamom pods
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
2 ripe peaches, cut into slices
Preparation:
1.Take a saucepan and add the Quinta Quinoa, oats and cardamom with the water and half of the almond milk. Bring to the boil, then let it simmer for 14 mins.
2.When the time is ready, pour in the other half of the milk and cook for 5 mins more until creamy and thick.
3.Take out the cardamom pods. Fill the bowl or glass where you’re eating the porridge from, and top with the peaches and maple syrup (for us, this is like the grand finale!) If you want, you can add a bit of cinnamon to take this recipe to a whole new level!
