Quinoa Cranberry Salad

Cranberries are a great source of vitamin C, and mixing it up with the great benefits and deliciousness of Quinta Quinoa makes it the best combination ever! The perfect example is this recipe from @foodandwine!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup of cooked #Quinoa⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup of orange juice (better fresh)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup of brown sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup of dried cranberries⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup of sliced almonds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
PREPARATION⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Set a saucepan on the stove, and heat it over medium heat. Add butter and stir until it’s all melted.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Add the orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and dried cranberries. Bring it to boil and then turn the heat low, letting it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Remove from heat.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. In a bowl, add the warm #Quinoa and pour the liquid with the cranberries. Top with the almonds and enjoy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
