1/3 cup of milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 L eggs⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon of vanilla⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3/4 cup of butter, (melted and cooled)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 + 1/2 cups of sugar (you can use coconut one, or any other hard sweetener)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup of cocoa⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon of baking powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 teaspoon of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
CHOCOLATE FROSTING⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup of butter, softened⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/3 cup of cocoa⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 cups of powdered sugar⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon of vanilla⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2-3 Tablespoon of milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

PREPARATION:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Line a 9×13″ pan and cover with non-stick spray. Preheat your oven to 350°F.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Pour in a blender the milk, eggs, and vanilla and process it for a few minutes. Add the #Quinoa and the melted butter. Process until everything is combined and smooth.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, cocoa, baking powder and whisk it together. Add the quinoa mixture and stir very well.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Pour the batter into the pan. Take it to the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Meanwhile, let’s do the frosting: beat all ingredients until it’s smooth (add the milk spoons one by one until it gets the desired consistency⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
