INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 cups of cooked #Quinoa⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pinch of sea salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or the milk of your choice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tablespoon of each maple syrup, slivered almonds and chia seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 bananas, sliced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 tablespoons of coconut flakes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup of mixed berries⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 teaspoon almond butter, melted⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

PREPARATION⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Place the warm Quinoa in a bowl, add the cinnamon and salt, stirring thoroughly.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Place a saucepan over medium-low heat on the stove, and pour the milk, warming it up for 4min. Stir in the vanilla and maple. Turn it off when it’s ready and let it cool.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Now, add a layer of Quinoa into glass jars, pour the milk inside and mix it up. Then proceed to add, one by one, layers of almond, banana slices, yogurt, coconut flakes and berries.
