Jennifer Aniston Quinoa Salad

It’s time to start accomplishing our #2021Resolutions and to do it well, don’t you agree? Well, if @JenniferAniston loves this quinoa salad, it must be the BEST ONE EVER. Ingrediants:Luckily, @popsugarfitness shared it!⠀

Ingredients:

1 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 bunch of parsley, washed, chopped and stems removed⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 medium tomatoes, diced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 ripe avocado, diced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 or 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Salt and pepper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
PREPARATION⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Choose a medium-size bowl and put it inside the cooked #Quinoa⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Take the already cut ingredients and add them to the quinoa bowl, except the oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything, drizzle the oil and season with salt and pepper. With this easy and quick recipe, we’ll start this new year the best way!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
