Quinoa Garlic Fingers with Donair Sauce

As you know, we’re Proudly Canadian and we would like to invite you to prepare this version of our traditional and loved Garlic Fingers with Donair Sauce to your loved ones this Valentine’s Day! As you may be wondering… Yes, we are making this with Quinta Quinoa!

INGREDIENTS

For the #GarlicFingers

Follow Quinta Quinoa’s pizza dough recipe – You can find it here!

1 Tbsp garlic butter, melted

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

For the #DonairSauce

2/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup of white vinegar

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

PREPARATION

1. Pre-heat the oven to 450F.

2. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk with vinegar and garlic powder. Set aside.

3. Prepare our Quinta Quinoa pizza dough recipe, and roll it into a 14-inch circle. Then, transfer to pan and brush garlic butter evenly over dough. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake until cheese and crust are golden-brown, about 15 minutes.

5. Serve with donair sauce, and enjoy! We hope you have a delightful #ValentinesDay!!
