Our friend @justinemadesign asked for it, and of course, we made it happen!
We looked into the BEST chilli quinoa recipes and found this one by @damn_delicious that caught our eye! I hope you try it and like it, Justine!

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups of cooked #QuintaQuinoa
1 tbsp of olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of diced green chilli peppers
1 can of each kidney and black beans, drained and rinsed
1+1/2 cups of corn kernels (canned)
1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced
1+1/2 tbsp of chilli powder, or up to you!
2 tsp of ground cumin
1+1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
3 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
1. Set a large pot on the stove and heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion and stir until onions are translucent.
2. Stir in quinoa, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chiles, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and 1-2 cups water (as much as you need to cover all the ingredients).
3. Turn the heat to low, cover and let it simmer for 30min. Add the beans, corn, cilantro and stir until it’s heated through (just a couple of minutes). Don’t forget to add the avocado! You can also add one lime juice to give it a fresh touch.
