INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of cooked #quinoa
1 cup coconut water or almond milk
1 large apple (the kind you prefer)
1/2 cucumber chopped
2 cups of greens (kale or spinach are just fine)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Stevia to taste Handful of ice
PREPARATION
1. Add everything to your blender and blend on high until it’s smooth. Pour into a glass, and that’s it! You can also use some toppings if you want, such as chia seeds, maybe some other fruit or even coconut flakes.
Why do we love it so much? Because it’s creamy, delicious, full of superfoods, vitamins… If you have vanilla protein around, you could add it to the smoothie and make it a full breakfast option!
