Cinnamon Quinoa Banana Bowl

Sometimes we forget about easy options and overthink our meals. Save this post for when you need some easy and tasty inspiration! This is the #GOAT (Greatest of All Times – for #Millennials and up) #QuintaQuinoa version of a breakfast bowl!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of #QuintaQuinoa
1+1/4 cups of milk (your preferred kind of milk, we used almond one!)
1/2 Tbsp of cinnamon powder
1/4 Tbsp of vanilla

1 banana

PREPARATION

1. In a heavy-bottomed pot, add the Quinta Quinoa and the milk, over medium heat. When it boils (be careful: the milk can boil really fast and go up!), turn the heat low and add the vanilla and the cinnamon, stir very well and let it simmer for 12-14min, until Quinoa absorbs all the milk. Turn the heat off and let it chill.
2. Cut the banana into small pieces. Serve the still warm Quinoa in a bowl, add the banana and enjoy!
