Honey Yogurt Parfait with Quinta Quinoa

 

If the summer heat has you running around for something refreshing and tasty, we recommend you this delicious Honey Yogurt Quinoa Parfait from our friend Lindsay from @pinchofyum. It’s so easy to prepare and so fast! It’ll only take you five minutes!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup cooked Quinta Quinoa
• a few teaspoons honey (to taste)
• 1/2 cup cereal or granola
• 1/2 cup pomegranate arils or other fruit

PREPARATION:

• Mix the Greek yogurt with the quinoa and the honey.
• Layer half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a round glass. Cover with half of the cereal, half of the pomegranate arils, and repeat layers once more. Serve immediately and enjoy this healthy and refreshing treat!
