There’s nothing more annoying than having the cravings for chocolate when you are trying to lose weight for a special occasion… Lucky for us, there are plenty of healthy options to consider… We hope you guys like this, a healthy and tasty chocolate treat that will put the cravings away!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cups Quinta Quinoa (rinsed and toasted)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Directions:
- Add almonds, raisons, and cocoa powder to a food processer. Pulse until well combined and no chunks are left
- Add toasted Quinoa and maple syrup to the food processor. Plus a bit more, stop while the quinoa is still mostly intact
- Shape into balls and put on a baking sheet
- Either enjoy right away or put in the fridge for 1 hr till they firm up
