Quinoa Tabouleh

✨Ingredients ✨

  • 2 bunches parsley
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 small red or white onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped Fresh mint ( optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked Quinta quinoa
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt for your taste

✨Direction✨
1: cook @quintaquinoa as direction on the bag.
2: while waiting for the quinoa to cook wash parsley dry then chop.
3:chop onion very small
4: cut green onion and chop mint
5: dice tomato into very small pieces.
6: mix all together and salt, olive oil and squeezed fresh lemon.
