This is the perfect dish to have for breakfast, dessert, or even a light snack. It is ideal for summertime when you need to eat something healthy and fresh! Everyone loves this parfait! Here is a recipe for quinoa and yogurt parfait.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa
- 1 cup of your favourite yogurt
- 2 tablespoon of honey
- Your choice of fruits, we are using a mix of peach, pear, pineapple, and cherry (to your taste!)
- For texture: nuts, peanuts, almonds, and raisins (the amount is up to you)
Preparation:
1. Using a cutting board, cut in small pieces all the fruits you’ve chosen. Mix them up. Remember you can always cheat and buy some already cut fruits, we won’t tell anybody.
2. Add honey to the yogurt and mix it with a spoon.
3. In the cup, where you’re going to eat it, add, layer by layer: yogurt, Quinta® quinoa (already cooked, cold and very well-drained), fruits and nuts. Repeat until your cup is full.
