- 1/2 cup of Quinta® Quinoa (don’t cook it yet!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 and 1/4 cups of unsweetened almond milk/coconut milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (you can use honey if you prefer, but we are Canadian- eh!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or another kind of nut/seed butter you like)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For the topping you can use almost any fruit, cereal and nuts you like, today we used:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 banana⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/4 cup of coconut flakes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preparation:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Today we are going to cook the quinoa a bit different: rinse the Quinta® Quinoa, then put the quinoa and the milk you’ve chosen into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Bring it to boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Stir it occasionally, and when the quinoa is cooked, add the butter, cinnamon, and syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Transfer to two bowls and top them with sliced banana, almonds, and coconut flakes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
