It’s almost the weekend, and we feel like slowing down a bit. We decided to pair this lazy morning with one of our favourite breakfast recipes: Cinnamon Quinta®️ Quinoa breakfast pot!

Ingredients
1 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa
2 tablespoons of chopped raw cashew nuts
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (we would say that honey works as well, but you know… Canada goes first)
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (we will sprinkle a bit more for the top, later)
1/4 up to 1/2 cup of almond milk
Toppings are optional, but this time we recommend:
1 tablespoon of chopped dried cherries and cranberries
1 tablespoon of your favourite seeds: hemp, chia, flex…
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, add the milk, cinnamon, maple, chopped cashew nuts and some berries and stir everything
2. Add the Quinta®️ Quinoa to the bowl. You can choose if you want to use either cold or room-temperature quinoa, up to you!
3. Transfer this mix to a small bowl, and top it with the dried berries, seeds, and some extra cinnamon
And, voilà! Perfect, heart-warming breakfast for you and your loved ones
