We love easy to make and delicious recipes! Broccoli never seemed so yummy before!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa
- 2 cups of water
- 3 chopped onions
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 broccoli head
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup of grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped salt and ground black pepper, to your taste
Preparation:
1. Steam the broccoli in a pot with the water until it’s soft and tender. Take it out and, carefully, chop it finely
2. In a large bowl, combine the Quinta® Quinoa with the broccoli, chopped onion, garlic, cheese, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and herbs
3. Using your clean hands, take small amounts of mixture, and form patties. Cover each of them with the breadcrumbs and place them on a plate 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan at medium-low heat. Fry the patties until they’re brown and crunchy (about 6 minutes per side). When they’re ready, put them on a plate covered with a paper towel (to absorb the excess of oil) .
Works nice for hamburgers, or just a different kind of snack!
