Fresh, easy, full of flavour… Yes, we’re talking about out Quinta® Quinoa burrito bowl!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa
- 1 cup of soft corn
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed
- 3 limes, cut into wedges
- 1 bunch of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 sliced avocado
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped (and stems removed!)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup of tomato paste
- Salt and pepper, to your taste .
Preparation:
1. Add the cilantro, chopped onion and tomato paste to your quinoa in a saucepan. Squeeze the juice of the limes over the mixture and stir everything
2. Warm it up over medium heat on the stove, add salt and pepper to your taste. Once the tomato paste starts to bubble, turn it off
3. In a bowl, you can get creative! We like it in order, so we add, one aside to another, black beans, square chopped tomatoes, lettuce, corn, and the Quinta Quinoa mixture. Finally, we top everything with the avocado slices and that’s it! .
It could be a fresh, delicious dinner, or a take out lunch… Perfectly to eat it cold or reheated, it’s all up to you!
All that matters is that you’re eating tons of fibre, zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium (and that’s just from the Quina® Quinoa!
