1 or 2 clove garlic, pressed or minced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 teaspoon sea salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
fresh ground pepper, up to your taste ⠀⠀

3. Divide the veggies into the bowls you’re going to eat the salad from. Pour the amount of dressing you want. ⠀
