Mushroom and Sausage with Quinta Quinoa

Let’s imagine this scene: you’re just getting home, starving, in a rush, and can’t think of what to cook: boom! This recipe is for you! ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Time: 20 min ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Servings: 4 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Difficulty: easy ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup of #QuintaQuinoa, cooked ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 package of uncured turkey kielbasa (or, to be honest, your preferred kind of sausage works!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup of onion, diced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 cups of fresh spinach ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup of baby portobello mushroom ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tablespoons of oil salt and pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Optional: garlic to your taste ⠀⠀⠀

Preparation: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Cut sausages in slices. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Using a large skillet, set the stove over medium heat and add the oil (and garlic if your desire). When it’s heated, add sausage, onions, and mushrooms. Cook everything, stirring it from time to time, until sausages get a brown-colour and veggies are tender, for around 5 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Then, add the Quinta® Quinoa and spinach, and cook for another 5 min. ⠀⠀
