We always like to share recipes that are healthy and delicious; this one is one of them! It combines perfectly the healthy characteristics of #QuintaQuinoa and the sweet flavour of the chocolate. You won’t hesitate to prepare this over and over again!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of #QuintaQuinoa (uncooked)
1+1/4 cups of milk (your favourite kind)
1 Tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of jelly, for every mug, to serve (we used strawberry jelly, but you can use the one you like the most!)

PREPARATION
1. In a heavy bottomed pot, add the Quinta Quinoa and the milk, vanilla and cocoa powder. Stir very well, bring it to boil, then cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes at very low heat (this is important since milk can boil too high if the stove is over medium heat)
2. When it’s ready, set aside and scoop out the Quinta Quinoa mixture to the mugs. Add the jelly and chocolate chunks.
As a tip, you can let the chocolate chunks sink in the hot Quinta Quinoa, so they can melt and fill the entire mug with it delicious flavour!
