Finding healthy and delicious snacks for kids (even for adults) can be hard sometimes, but this #glutenfree, veggie appetizer recipe is precisely the solution for those days where all they want is to have a snack, but you want it to be healthy for once! INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of cooked #QuintaQuinoa, cooled
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar
- 1 cup of chopped and cooked vegetables (can be steamed or roasted…)
- 1 egg
- Salt
PREPARATION
1. Pre-heat your oven to 350F. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a mixer until everything is combined; you can use a blender at low speed, too.
3. Divide the mixture evenly between the mini muffin tin cups and press down to make sure it’s compacted.
4. Take it to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
