INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons of cooked Quinta Quinoa
- ½ cup of dried tart cherries, finely chopped
- 2 cups of dark chocolate chips, vegan if desired, or a bar tiny chopped.
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons of roasted salted pumpkin seeds
PREPARATION
- Set a pan on the stove, and toast the Quinoa over medium-low heat for a couple of minutes, stirring it until they get golden. When it’s done, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl.
- Now let’s melt the chocolate: heat it in a microwave, stopping to stir it every 30sec, repeat until it’s all melted.
- When it is done, add 2 tablespoons of Quinoa, ¼ cup of cherries, and ¼ cup of seeds.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly spread the chocolate mixture with a spatula. You can make it as thick as you want. Sprinkle the rest of the Quinoa, cherries, and seeds.
- Take it to the refrigerator, and let it sit for at least 15min. When it gets hard enough, take it out and cut it as big as you want. They can last in an airtight container, at room temperature, for 4 days and, refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
