Quinoa No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Balls

These tasty, no-bake, and super healthy #Quinoa protein bites are everything you need to save you from those afternoon cravings without feeling guilty (because, to be honest, they’re the ultimate snack) .

Servings: 25 bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp of shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup of raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup of peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

PREPARATION

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or process in a blender until it’s all well combined.

2. Take a small amount of dough and form it into balls using your hands. Place each of them on a cookie sheet or small pan (something that will fit in your freezer). Chill for about 2 hours until firm.
