Creamy Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake
Quinta Quinoa adds lots of protein to this delicious milkshake treat! With only 5 ingredients, it doesn’t get much easier than this!
Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas
¼ cup peanut butter
2 – 4 tablespoons non-dairy milk (or more as needed)
¼ cup cooked Quinta Quinoa
Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
After cooking the quinoa according to package directions, Add bananas to a food processor and process until broken up into little pieces. Add peanut butter and process again.
As mixture starts to come together, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time, allowing mixture to get more smooth between each addition.
Once mixture is smooth, add in the cooked Quinta Quinoa and cinnamon and process for another 10 – 15 seconds.
Transfer milkshakes into two jars. Top with peanut butter and a little quinoa. Stir gently with a knife for the swirling effect.
