This year has been a challenging one for everyone! Despite all the challenges, we are incredibly grateful to have accomplished all of this, and it wouldn’t have been possible without your support. Check out what Quinta Quinoa has been up to on this unusual year!
Highlights
- With the help of Feed Ontario, over 70 THOUSAND bags of Quinta Quinoa were shared across Food Banks in Ontario for communities in need during the early stages of the pandemic.
- We created a new size format (200g) for Food4Kids Halton and Mississauga Chapters to help provide kids and their families a nutritious meal outside school hours
- Quinta Quinoa started selling into new chains from different Canadian provinces (#Alberta, #NewFoundland, #Nunavut) and #Ontario as well: FreshCo, Calgary Co-op, Save-on-Foods, Coleman, The Northern Shopper, and Arctic Fresh
- At the beginning of the pandemic, we missed all the restaurants that loved Quinta Quinoa as much as we do. But their resiliency, motivation, and adaptability to continue in business inspire us to keep working hard as well. Thank you for working hard and incorporate Quinta Quinoa on your return: FARMR, Borealis, IronKettle, Goose and Grande
- We assisted in person and virtually tradeshows like the Restaurants Canada Show and The Royal Winter Fair thanks to Metro Ontario, RAIN, and FedNor.
- We started selling in the United States through Amazon.com
