Post Workout Smoothie

If you just finished that killer workout and you are craving something delicious and beneficial for your body, then this tasty smoothie recipe is for you!

INGREDIENTS:

• 3/4 cup raw coconut water
• 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
• 1 small or 1/2 cup frozen banana
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup spinach
• 1 scoop raw vegan protein
• 1 teaspoon maca powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup cooked quinoa

PREPARATION:

• Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
• Pour into a glass!
