Quinoa No Bake Oat Bars

If after a great workout you’re starving, and nothing on your covers makes the cut for a filling but delicious snack, you’re just like us! INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup peanut butter

• 1/2 cup honey

• 1 cup cooked Quinta Quinoa

• 3 cups rolled oats

PREPARATION:

• Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper.

• In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, honey, peanut butter and quinoa

• Stir together until thoroughly combined, press into the prepared pan and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

• Cut into squares and serve.

• Keep these bars chilled. It will help with the stickiness and help keep their form.
